You can request deletion of personal information associated with your Facebook Messenger conversation with The Decant Company.
How to request deletion
- Open the official The Decant Company Facebook Page conversation that you used to contact us.
- Send the exact message: DELETE MY DATA.
- Our team may ask you to confirm the request from the same Facebook account so that another person cannot delete your information.
What we delete
After verification, we will delete or anonymize AI Inbox conversation content, Page-scoped sender identifiers and related event records that are not required for an active or completed order, security investigation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or a legal obligation.
Timing and confirmation
We aim to complete valid deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm completion through the same Messenger conversation where practical. Backups may retain limited information until their normal rotation completes.
Order records
Information connected to a confirmed purchase may need to be retained for fulfilment, returns, fraud prevention, accounting, tax or other legal requirements. We will retain only what is necessary for those purposes.
